Biography

Eugénie's story
Eugénie is a 20-year-old actress who was born and grew up in the south of France. She moved to England when she was 18 to pursue her studies in a BA (Hons) Acting and Performance at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham between 2021-2024. She is currently in her third year and will be graduating during the summer of 2024.

Eugénie’s acting journey started with creating short-films and videos with her friends. When they were 16, they created a short-film called ‘‘Lettre d’une âme envolée’’. The film was later on selected by the Brèves d’Images festival and Eugénie won the award for ‘‘Best Teenage Actress’’. Eugénie’s first experience with stage was at her local theatre. During her time there, she was able to work on classical French texts as well as contemporary pieces. This fuelled her thirst for performance and acting and is what led her to pursue a degree in Acting and Performance abroad.

Eugénie has studied a variety of theatre practitioners such as Uta Hagen, Stanislavski, Lee Strasberg, Mamet and many more. She has also explored acting on camera, working on different types of genres such as silent films and Social Realism. Eugénie has followed rigorous training in voice, movement, stage and screen combat, improvising & devising as well as text & character. She participated in a range of workshops led by industry professionals such as Lucy Hellier, Sally Rogers and others.

Eugénie is passionate about both live performance and screen work. She is seeking professional representation in both fields, hoping to expand her skills and make connections with industry professionals. She is currently working on Project UN with SKC Games Studio as a voice-over and motion capture artist. She is also starring as Eli in a production of Let The Right One In at UCA, directed by Andrew Pritchard.
